The internet attracts more estate agents

More and more estate agents are turning to the internet for the marketing of there properties which is yielding fantastic results as well as being inexpensive and flexible.
During October last year it was reported that 47% of estate agents make use of the internet and that 74% consider their websites to be a very important tool. Use of property magazines and newspapers has dropped considerably.
An American property blog reported that 80% of people start their search for homes online.
The fact that estate agents have had the foresight to recognise the potential of the web bodes well the businesses.
Businesses that are slow to react to the changes in the market place will find themselves losing market share within a short space of time.
